Terms of Service

You may use Destiora for lawful travel discovery, planning, and safety research. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or purchase a paid plan.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at legal@destiora.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with platform security, introducing malicious code, impersonating another person, or using Destiora in violation of law.

Destiora provides safety scores, destination rankings, and trip-planning suggestions as decision-support information only. They are generated from third-party data, platform signals, and automated systems. They are not guarantees of safety, legal compliance, or travel suitability.

Real-world conditions can change quickly. A favorable score does not mean a destination is safe, and an unfavorable score does not mean a destination is unsafe in every circumstance. You remain solely responsible for your travel decisions, including whether to visit a destination, how to prepare, and what official advisories to review.

Destiora does not provide law-enforcement, intelligence, emergency, insurance, medical, or licensed travel-risk advisory services. Nothing on the service creates a professional advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and Ginovate LLC.

Destiora relies on third-party providers for mapping, payments, infrastructure, communications, and safety-related data. Third-party data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, availability, or policies of third-party providers or websites. When you follow an external link, use a payment processor, or view map content, you are also subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

Paid plans are billed monthly or every 6 months through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel, subject to the plan terms presented at checkout.

Pricing, feature limits, and plan packaging may change over time. We may suspend, downgrade, or cancel access for failed payments, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

You may not use Destiora to harm the service, other users, or third parties. We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access when needed to protect platform security, data integrity, or users.

We may preserve or disclose information when required by law, to enforce these Terms, to investigate abuse or fraud, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

The service, software, content, visual design, trademarks, and scoring methodologies are owned by Ginovate LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Destiora for its intended purpose. They do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Destiora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginovate LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents disclaim all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that any safety score, recommendation, trip suggestion, or third-party data will be complete or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginovate LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Destiora; reliance on safety scores or recommendations; third-party content or services; travel disruptions; theft; injury; property loss; lost profits; lost data; or loss of goodwill.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Ginovate LLC for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ginovate LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• your use of the service;
• your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• your travel decisions, bookings, visits, or conduct undertaken in reliance on information provided by Destiora; or
• content or information you submit through the service.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@destiora.com and attempt good-faith informal resolution.

Except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Ginovate LLC is organized and principally operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes that are not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Ginovate LLC’s principal U.S. business operations. Each party submits to that venue and waives objections based on personal jurisdiction or inconvenient forum.

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version or date and, where appropriate, additional notice.

Your continued use of Destiora after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
